Designed by three-time U.S. Open champion Hale Irwin, the Hills Course offers players a Scottish links-style layout that has small and dastardly greens, dramatic elevation changes, deep bunkering and immaculate views of one of the most scenic golf destinations in the United States.

The tournament is a four-man scramble. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Men’s and Women’s closest to hole, longest drive and hole-in-one.

$150 per individual or $550 per foursome

Tournament Fee Includes: Green Fee, Shared Cart, Range Balls, Tournament Service, Continental Breakfast and Awards Lunch

Schedule

  • 7:15am: Shuttle

  • 7:30am: Registration & Breakfast

  • 8:30am: Shotgun Start

  • Awards Luncheon: Upon Completion of Tournament

Red Hawk Golf & Resort has roughly 20 sets of rental clubs, which are both men’s and women’s right hand & left hand. If you do not plan on bringing your own clubs, contact the GRC or Patrick Hanson as soon as possible to reserve them while supplies last. Rental Clubs will cost $30 per set. Please notify the GRC at the time of registration if you will need a set of rental clubs.

Awards Luncheon Raffle
Each player will receive two (2) Raffle Tickets for participating in the Tournament. Additional Raffle Tickets will be sold for $10 each. There is no limit on Raffle Ticket purchases!

We encourage teams to bring a raffle prize!

All proceeds will go to support the local chapter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the GRC Scholarship Fund.

The Red Hawk Golf & Resort is 14 miles from the Peppermill Hotel Spa Casino. A shuttle will be provided for transportation to the golf course. The shuttle will pick golfers up at the front of the Peppermill Hotel at 7:00am. If you’re driving yourself, plan on arriving at least 45 minutes early to check in, grab some breakfast and head out for some practice swings before the 8:30am SHOTGUN START!

GRC Annual Charity Golf Tournament Sponsorships

Hole Sponsor $300 for One and $500 for Two:

Sponsor will have their corporate logo displayed on a tee box marker at a specific hole(s).

Corporate Sponsor $1,500:

Sponsor will have their corporate logo on the tournament banner, agenda and mentioned throughout the day. Included
are tournament registration fees for 4 players.

Tournament Beverage Cart $2,500:

Sponsor will have their corporate logo on the beverage cart as well as the tournament banner. Included are tournament
registration fees for 4 players. Beverage cart sponsor is encouraged to have a representative ride around in the cart.

Tournament Lunch $3,750:

Sponsor will have their corporate logo on the tournament lunch placard as well as the tournament banner. Included are
tournament registration fees for 4 players.

Hole/Company Tent Sponsorship $1,000:

Sponsor will own a hole and can set up a branded tent with table, chairs, water station etc. A representative of their
company must be present at all times. In addition, this sponsorship will include tournament registration fees for 4 players.
Sponsor is encouraged to provide an interactive activity for golfers. Contact Patrick Hanson with your ideas or if you have
questions.

Raffle Prize Sponsors $1,000:

Sponsor will be recognized for their generous contributions to the raffle prizes during the Raffle Drawings. Sponsor will have
their corporate logo on the Tournament Banner as well. In addition, this sponsorship will include tournament registration
fees for 4 players.

Player Goodie-Bags $1,000:

Sponsor will have their Corporate Logo on each Goodie Bag filled with fun golf-related items and snacks for the Course.
In addition, this sponsorship will include tournament registration fees for 4 players.

Local Charity and GRC Scholarship Fund Donation:

Any amount above $10.00 is greatly appreciated.
